Coulson and his team find themselves transported to a mysterious station in outer space, and must avoid deadly creatures to reunite and attempt to figure out where they are.

While Coulson and the others attempt to blend in with the space station's human population and avoid detection by the Kree, Jemma helps a man in need and is brought to the attention of the Kree's cruel leader, Kasius.

Coulson, Mack, and May join Tess on a mission to learn what Virgil was looking for in space. Daisy convinces Yo-Yo to steal a piece of technology she hopes she can deliver to Simmons, who has been tasked by Kasius to help a young Inhuman learn to control her powers.

Daisy must tread carefully when she finds herself in the custody of Kasius, who is cultivating Inhumans for profit. Deke receives a tempting offer, and Coulson and May make an unsettling discovery about the currency in the new dystopia.

After his friends are abducted Fitz finds himself alone and in military custody, and must rely on his old friend Lance Hunter to escape and try to find his team.

When Kasius invites powerful galactic rulers and criminals to bid on his Inhumans, Fitz poses as a ruthless mercenary in hopes of rescuing Jemma and Daisy. Elsewhere on the station, Coulson and the others bear witness to the Kree's putting young people through Terrigenesis.

Fitz, Jemma, and Daisy flee into the station and are pursued by a ruthless Kree warrior. Meanwhile Kasius clashes with his brother, and on the surface of the Earth May encounters a survivor.

Rescued by human survivors on the Earth's surface, Coulson and the team come face-to-face with a woman from their past -- whose long-predicted visions of the future are now coming to pass. Back on the station, Yo-Yo and Mack may be the only ones who can save the human population from Kasius's retribution.

After sparking an uprising against the Kree, Mack, Yo-Yo, and Flint must find a way to stop Kasius from wiping out the human population. Coulson and the others attempt to rig the Zephyr to bring them to the Lighthouse, unaware that Sinara has been sent to capture Daisy.

S.H.I.E.L.D. returns to the station with a plan to save the Earth by rebuilding the monolith and returning to their own time. But as Kasius rages against his enemy, Elena receives a revelation from a shocking source.

The S.H.I.E.L.D. team works to regain their bearings after returning to the present-day -- but an omen warning of Earth's impending destruction soon sends them to investigate in a small Missouri town. Meanwhile, a familiar face also arrives from the future.

The team discovers a dimensional rift deep below their new headquarters, threatening them with their worst nightmares -- and forcing Coulson to come clean about his secret.

The team goes in search of a research scientist who can help them obtain Gravitonium, leading them to one of Mack's old friends. Elsewhere Alex Braun (formerly Werner Von Strucker) finds himself inside the Blue Raven Ridge safehouse, where he may be General Hale's next recruit.

Fitz struggles to find a way to close the Rift, only to find himself faced with a manifestation of his evil alter-ego from the Framework. Elsewhere, Coulson finds a way to capture and interrogate General Hale.

General Hale reveals her secret history to Coulson, from a childhood trained by Hydra to her decision to strike out on her own -- and her desire to strike an alliance with S.H.I.E.L.D. for the good of the planet Earth.

Simmons and Yo-Yo attempt to convince Mack to release Fitz from confinement. Coulson tries to influence Creel, who has become a subject in Hale's Gravitonium experiments -- while Daisy attempts to get through to a despondent Robin.

Coulson and Talbot find themselves transported to a frozen forest, where they are pursued by Ruby -- who is ready for a confrontation when Daisy shows up. Fitz, Simmons, and Yo-Yo arrive in England on the hunt for a Hydra weapon, and Deke is gravely wounded.

While Ruby pushes Fitz-Simmons to complete the machine she believes will unlock her potential, Daisy and May rush to locate and stop her. Back at the bunker Coulson and Mack remain unaware that Talbot is operating under orders from the enemy.

With the arrival of an alien ship in search of the Gravitonium, the S.H.I.E.L.D. team finds itself under siege inside the Lighthouse. Elsewhere, Daisy acquires intel on tech that might be able to save Coulson's life.

Coulson and a newly powerful Talbot travel to the Qovas' ship above the Earth to negotiate with the Confederacy -- but all bets are off when Talbot learns of an even more powerful threat to the planet. Daisy comes to blows with Yo-Yo when she returns to the Lighthouse.

Coulson and May fight to escape from Remorath captivity, as Daisy finds herself face-to-face with the father of the Kasius clan. Meanwhile Mack and Yo-Yo pursue Talbot, whose desire to become a superhero brings him back home to his family.

With Coulson's life hanging in the balance the team faces an impossible decision, as Talbot tries to use Robin to locate a massive Gravitonium deposit beneath the earth -- putting the entire planet in jeopardy.
