Jessica Jones

Sci-Fi This Week: Marvel’s Jessica Jones Is Now Streaming!

Find out what’s airing in science fiction and fantasy

Marvel’s Jessica Jones has arrived! The anti-heroine (played by Krysten Ritter) has hit the streets of New York’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood, where she intends to stop the psychic villain Kilgrave (David Tennant).

The first season of the show includes 13 episodes, set in the same neighborhood as last spring’s gritty hit Daredevil. The whole thing is now streaming on Netflix, and we’ll be updating our Jessica Jones episode guide as we make our way through Season One. So give the show a look this week, and stay tuned for updates.

As for what’s airing on your regular ol’ TV this week: The Thanksgiving holiday means it’s a slower week, but we do have a few big episodes of our favorite genre shows in the days ahead. Supergirl introduces the villainous Livewire, while Nathan’s friends try to rescue him from the Void on Haven. Saturday Doctor Who airs the first part of the 2-part season finale, and then on Sunday it’s the bloody mid-season finale of The Walking Dead!
