Rex recruits the Bad Batch to come to Coruscant and steal evidence implicating General Rampart, as Senator Chuchi plans to move against him on the eve of an historic vote.

While Omega struggles over changes to the team, Cid sends the team to mine ipsium mineral from a mine she recently acquired – only for them to be stranded there.

After they are stranded on a desolate world the team tracks their stolen ship to a mining base, where the local kingpin is exploiting his young workers for his own profit.

The Bad Batch attempts to salvage cargo from a downed Imperial ship, and is surprised to discover a connection to the Kamino. Elsewhere, Dr. Royce Hemlock attempts to convince Nala Se to take part in the Emperor's new cloning projects.

On a mission to a remote Imperial outpost, Crosshair helps a group of fellow clones who are ordered to risk their lives to retrieve stolen cargo crates.

Phee Genoa brings the team to the idyllic world of Pabu, where they hope to find safe harbor – until a tsunami threatens to wipe out the peaceful island colony.

While the Bad Batch reunite with their rebel allies on Pabu, Crosshair finds himself a prisoner of a ruthless imperial scientist.

In hopes of locating Crosshair and the other clone prisoners the Bad Batch tracks Dr. Hemlock to an imperial summit on Eriadu, where they encounter another rebel faction about to enact a plan of their own.

After narrowly escaping Eriadu the team returns to Cid to heal and regroup, only for Dr. Hemlock and his forces to track them down and finally corner them.
