Season Three

Separated from her family and with few allies, Omega is forced to adjust to her new reality as a prisoner of the Empire and an unwilling participant in Dr. Hemlock's secret clone research.

Hunter and Wrecker find a lead on Omega's whereabouts, leading them to an abandoned research facility with a terrible secret and a group of unlikely allies.

The Emperor's arrival at the Mount Tantiss research facility threatens to expose Omega's secret, forcing her and Crosshair to attempt a daring escape.

Forced to crash land on the planet Lau, Omega and Crosshair turn to a nearby spaceport to try and find a way off the planet – only to cross paths with a corrupt local official.

To try and unlock vital data from Nala Se's datapad Crosshair leads the clones back to Barton-4, where they must work together to escape a huge predator beneath the surface.

Rex and his men help a pair of former senators meet in secret, only to come under attack by a highly trained clone assassin.

After an attack on their base Rex's team and the Bad Batch must escape the ruins, while they are hunted by a dangerous assassin – and an Imperial retrieval team commanded by their former comrade in arms, Commander Wolffe.

To learn more about the Empire's mysterious "M count" targets, Hunter and Wrecker turn to bounty hunter Fennec Shand – who enlists them in her next operation. Meanwhile Omega tries to help Crosshair.

A stranger arrives with answers to the clones' questions, and offers to test Omega's sensitivity to the Force.

With Nala Se imprisoned on Tantiss, Emerie is prompted to be the new lead scientist inside Project Necromancer – where she learns that the test subjects are children with high M-counts.

As the Bad Batch prepares to leave Pabu their location is discovered by the enemy, forcing them to defend their home from an Imperial assault force.

CX-2 delivers Omega to Tantiss, where Emerie confirms her value to Project Necromancer. Meanwhile the Bad Batch attack an Imperial labor camp on Erebus to try and find the location of Tantiss from a former Imperial officer.

The Bad Batch take Rampart on a risky mission to infiltrate an Imperial relay station in orbit of Coruscant. Omega meets the other prisoners inside the Vault, giving them hope of escape.

After being shot down Hunter, Wrecker, Crosshair, and Rampart make their way toward Mount Tantiss. While Omega prepares an escape plan, Echo encounters a potential ally.

With her brothers infiltrating the mountain to rescue her, Omega releases a powerful Zillo Beast to distract Hemlock's forces. While Nala Se determines to sabotage Project Necromancer, Hunter, Wrecker, and Crosshair must get past the deadly CX operatives.
