Maul and Savage Opress turn their eye to a band of galactic pirates, attempting to take over Hondo Ohnaka's operation for their own purposes. As Obi-Wan and Jedi Master Adi Gallia try to intervene, tensions rise between the brothers.

The Jedi arrive on the planet Onderon to train a rebel faction to fight against Separatist forces, which have formed an alliance with their usurper of a king.

Under the leadership of Saw and Steela Gerrera the Onderon rebels take their fight to the Separatists, sneaking into the capital city of Iziz to strike targets under Ahsoka's supervision.

Saw strikes out on his own to try and rescue Onderon's true king, who is being held prisoner by the Separatist's puppet on the throne -- complicating things when the rebels decide to try and save him during a public execution.

Steela leads the Onderon rebels in their fight against King Rash and the Separatists, with Ahsoka lending support but ordered not to fight their conflict for them. Elsewhere, Anakin organizes some much-needed aid for the rebellion.

A group of Younglings embark on a crucial rite of passage to retrieve crystals for their lightsabers from within a frozen caves of an ancient Jedi shrine, and must learn important lessons in order to succeed.

While returning from Ilum Ahsoka and the Jedi younglings come under attack by Hondo's pirates, who hope to acquire their high-value Kyber crystals.

The Jedi younglings hatch a dangerous plan to rescue Ahsoka from Hondo's band of pirates, joining a traveling circus to get inside his camp.

When General Grievous targets Hondo's settlement on Florrum, the pirates must join forces with the Jedi in order to repel the invaders.

R2-D2 joins a special unit of Republic droids under the command of Colonel Meebur Gascon, assigned to infiltrate the Separatists and steal an encryption module.

Colonel Gascon and D-Squad crash land on a barren planet, where the droids' commander starts to lose his grip while searching the desert for a way off the planet.

After stumbling upon a settlement on Abafar D-Squad discovers that an amnesiac Republic clone officer is working at a local watering hole -- where Separatist sympathizers are around every corner.

Upon their escape from Abafar D-Squad is relieved to come upon a Jedi Cruiser -- only to discover that the ship as been taken by the Separatists and is being used to launch a devastating attack on a Republic strategy conference.

Darth Maul and Savage Opress are rescued from an adrift ship by Pre Vizsla, and forge an alliance with the Death Watch in a plot to seize control of Mandalore -- and take down Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Maul and Pre Vizsla attack Mandalore with a ploy to make the Death Watch the heroes of the people, wresting power from the pro-peace, pro-neutrality Dutchess Satine. But their alliance is tested when Vizsla tries to turn the tables on the Sith.

When Satine manages to send a distress signal to the Republic, Obi-Wan must infiltrate Mandalore on his own to try and free her -- without falling into the trap Maul has set. Meanwhile, a former ally of Maul also visits the planet to tie up loose ends.

After a bombing at the Jedi Temple Anakin and Ahsoka are assigned to investigate, putting them on the trail of a missing technician and a microscopic weapon.

After witnessing the murder of a prisoner Ahsoka finds herself falsely accused of the crime, and goes on the run from the Republic forces -- and even her own Jedi master -- in the hope of clearing her name.

On the run in the lower districts of Coruscant, Ahsoka makes an unlikely alliance with Asajj Ventress to try and figure out who set her up for murder -- while Anakin and the clone army close in on her.

With Ahsoka facing trial in the Senate for the murder of a key witness in the Jedi Temple bombing, Anakin goes after Ventress to discover the truth and clear his padawan's name.
