In 1929 the group sets sail on an expedition to a dangerous area of the ocean, forcing Grace and the others to come to terms with Sheldon’s visions. With Utopian off-world, Lady Liberty is left to deal with the younger generation’s ongoing difficulty holding to the Union’s code of conduct.
