Looking for a much-needed payday, a pair of space bounty hunters take a warrant to find a man who's on the run from the Syndicate with his pregnant girlfriend, and who has been trying to sell a dangerous narcotic on Titan.

Jet and Spike stake out a wedding on Venus in pursuit of a criminal who is bombing public buildings, and must track him down after he slips through their fingers. Meanwhile Spike turns to an old friend after he is targeted by a Syndicate hitman.

Jet and Spike go after a large bounty on a man using face-changing tech, leading them to a low-end brothel in the hopes of catching him when he comes in for repairs. Spike surreptitiously tries to get a bead on the person who put out a hit on him.

After a group of eco-terrorists attack a high-society gathering and take her target – and her ship – Faye Valentine turns to Jet and Spike for an assist.

Jet Black reunites with his old ISSP partner in hopes of finding a criminal who can expose the dirty cop who years ago shot Jet and left him to take a fall. Meanwhile Spike and Faye bond, and Vicious attempts to secure an important alliance.

To try and cash in on a huge bounty Spike visits the headquarters of a spiritual guru, where he is trapped inside a virtual reality simulation ... along with an image of his lost love, Julia.

Faye's "mother" Whitney crashes the Bebop, looking for a ride to Santo City in exchange for all the secrets to Faye's past identity. While Vicious assembles his new partnership, Julia makes a counter-offer.

When Vicious sends an insane assassin to eliminate Spike, Jet determines to help his partner – knowing he is keeping secrets from him. Vicious puts his plan to take out the heads of the Syndicate into action.
