Torchwood‘s John Barrowman On This Week’s Arrow

Torchwood and Doctor Who alum John “Captain Jack” Barrowman makes his debut this week on The CW’s new comic book hit.

Barrowman plays a character known only as “The Well-Dressed Man” on Arrow, airing Wednesday, November 7 at 8/7c. Watch the teaser below.

The character first turned up at the end of last week’s episode, with a connection to Oliver’s mother Moira (Susanna Thompson) and knowledge of the list that the vigilante Green Arrow is working from. Barrowman’s is a recurring role, so hopefully we’ll see a lot more of him as the show’s first season progresses.

In “Damaged,” Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) is arrested for murder and calls on his friend Laurel Lance to defend him in court. In the island flashbacks, Oliver comes face-to-face with comic book villain Deathstroke.
