FOX Adds Six Episodes to Gotham Season One

The order brings the show to a standard 22-episode season

Gotham looks to be off to a good start for FOX: the network has just ordered an additional six episodes for the series, raising the unusually short 16-hour season to a standard 22 episodes.

The comic book crime drama debuted to 14 million viewers (Live + 7 Days) — the broadcast network’s highest-rated fall drama debut in 14 years when accounting for DVR-delayed viewing.

According to FOX Gotham is tied as Monday night’s number one drama among adults 18 to 49, and so far is this season’s number one broadcast drama overall among men 18 to 49.

Gotham airs Mondays at 8/7c on FOX. Keep up with the series with SciFi Stream’s show guide!
