The CW Orders Additional Scripts For Three New Fall Shows

The CW wants to see more of its three new fall dramas.

The network has ordered three additional scripts for each of The Tomorrow People, The Originals, and Reign. It’s an early vote of confident, but certainly no guarantee of a full-season pick-up.

The Originals premiered a week ago and The Tomorrow People last night, each receiving respectable numbers but not quite holding onto the audiences of their established lead-in shows. Reign bows next week.

Each of the shows have received initial orders of 13 episodes, which are currently wrapping up production.
