Syfy’s new hit Defiance continues Monday, April 22. Check out the trailer and first pic now!

The episode is titled “Down In the Ground Where the Dead Men Go.”

Logline: “Nolan and Datak clash over an ancient ritual, while the hunt for a killer is on.”

The episode sees newly-minted town lawkeeper Nolan (Grant Bowler) and Rafe McCawley (Graham Greene) going into the underground mines and the buried city of Old St. Louis in search of a runaway Votan criminal. Meanwhile, Irisa (Stephanie Leonidas) comes across Datak’s people engaging in a ritual she finds morally abhorrent, drawing the ire of Datak.
