Tasked with returning the child to his people, Din Djarin searches for a fellow Mandalorian rumored to be living in a small desert town on Tatooine — where the local marshal asks for his help in rescuing the town from the terror of a local krayt dragon.

While transporting a passenger and her eggs home to Trask the Razor Crest crashes into an icy cave, where efforts to repair the ship are soon complicated.

Mando finds a group of fellow Mandalorians, led by Bo-Katan Kryse, who offers intel on the Jedi in exchange for his help in seizing an Imperial freighter loaded with weapons.

The Razor Crest takes a detour to Nevarro for much-needed repairs, where Greef Karga and Cara Dune conscript Mando into helping them eliminate an old Imperial base on the planet that is still populated by enemy Storm Troopers.

The Mandalorian catches up with the former Jedi Ahsoka Tano on Corvus, where he hopes she will assume responsibility for the child's training. Meanwhile Ahsoka is on a mission of her own, requiring her to infiltrate a fortified city.

The Mandalorian brings Grogu to the remnants of an ancient Jedi temple on Tython, only to be confronted by a man laying claim to Cobb Vanth's armor.

With help from Cara Dune and his newfound allies, Mando recruits Migs Mayfeld to help infiltrate an Imperial mining facility in order to locate Moff Gideon — and is forced to put his own honor on the line.

Din Djarin recruits more allies to aid him in a daring plan to storm Moff Gideon's cruiser and rescue the child.
