Picard uses the holodeck to avoid the amorous advances of Lwaxana Troi, as the Enterprise ferries a group of delegates to a Federation conference.

The Enterprise takes on board a Klingon emissary, whose mission is to help them stop a crew of Klingons -- who do no know that peace has been made -- from attacking Federation outposts after awakening from cyrogenic stasis. But Worf has personal history with the visitor.
