IN PRODUCTION. Four specials are airing throughout 2009. Season Five will begin in 2010 with a new Doctor, played by actor Matt Smith, and a new showrunner, Stephen Moffat. Torchwood: Children of Earth is a shortened, 5-episode third season, which will air every night of the week starting July 20 on BBC America.
