After a failed attempt to kidnap a young girl, a group of protectors spring an inmate from death row and charge him with protecting the remarkable young Bo -- whose unique, supernatural powers are beginning to grow stronger.

On the run from the law, Tate takes Bo to Atlantic City to win a little money -- only to find themselves drawn into the lives of a struggling mother and her sick child. Meanwhile, an F.B.I. agent is introduced to Dr. Skouras' research in her efforts to recover Bo.

Bo and Tate arrive in Manhattan, where they meet a wealthy woman who is mourning the loss of her son. Skouras appeals to Milton, revealing their mutual connection to Bo's very special mother.

As Skouras pushes Agent Ferrell to close the net around Manhattan and catch the fugitives, Bo finds a long-lost love letter and delivers it to a young woman who is about to marry someone else.

Skouras learns that someone inside his organization is leaking sensitive information to a blogger, putting his life and the life of his pregnant wife in jeopardy -- unless Bo and the others can protect them.

Bo and the others go after Tate when he slips away and returns home, looking for the childhood friends who framed him for murder years ago. Elsewhere, Skouras meets with U.S. military generals about his program.

A confrontation with a hit squad leaves Bo in an vulnerable state, forcing Winter and the group to turn to Bo's former guardians and revealing an incident from her past.

After Orchestra develops a way to locate Bo whenever she uses her abilities, Winter sends Channing on a dangerous mission inside the lion's den. Meanwhile, Bo and Tate attempt to help a family man about to take desperate actions against his loan shark.

Bo comes to the aid of a teenage violin prodigy after seeing a vision of her family in a fatal collision. Skouras puts a newly-discovered telepath to good use, and Winter puts into motion a plan to free Channing from Orchestra.

A horrifying premonition sends Bo and Tate into the New York City subway, where they are caught in an explosion and trapped underground alongside FBI Agent Ferrell and her daughter.

Bo is convinced that she must confront Skouras directly to convince him to stop chasing them -- before any more of her caregivers die for her. Meanwhile Dani shows symptoms of a deadly disease, and Winter takes desperate measures to bring a doctor to Channing.

Skouras turns to Winter for help when it becomes clear that Dani is targeting Bo in order to hurt Orchestra. An encounter with her mother leads Bo to an intense vision of Dani, drawing her and Tate back to a final confrontation.
