Daisy leads the team in extracting a new Inhuman from Seattle, but soon decides she will need help acclimating the Inhumans to their new lives. Coulson tracks the leader of another organization that is searching for powered people, and Fitz goes to great lengths on a last-ditch effort to find Jemma.

Colson's team enlist the help of an Asgardian to unlock the ancient monolith, which Fitz is convinced is a gateway that sent Simmons to another world. May reconnects with her father as she considers her future with S.H.I.E.L.D., and Ward seeks to recruit the wealthy son of a former Hydra operative.

S.H.I.E.L.D. and Rosalind's team race to be the first to get to Lincoln, who has been publicly exposed and is on the run. Hunter steps into a brutal fight club in order to get closer to Ward and Hydra, and Jemma finds it difficult to readjust to her old life.

Rosalind and Coulson turn their fragile new alliance toward catching Lash, the monstrous Inhuman who is hunting and killing other Inhumans -- leading Daisy and Mack to the author of a computer virus. May finally reports in, worried about Hunter's mission to infiltrate Ward's Hydra operation.

Jemma Simmons finds herself on a desolate alien world, fighting to survive until Fitz can find a way to rescue her -- only to discover that she is not the only human living in this harsh new world.

While Coulson pushes the ATCU director to allow him access to her facility, he and Daisy begin to suspect their new allies are hiding something big. While Andrew recovers from his near-death experience, May pushes Bobbie back into the field to go after Ward and Hydra.

As Agent May confronts Andrew with her new suspicions, S.H.I.E.L.D. receives intel from Luke about the creature hunting Inhumans. Fitz helps Simmons recover the data recorded during her time on the alien planet.

Coulson brings Rosalind inside S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters while also sending a team to infiltrate the A.T.C.U. on a fact-finding mission. Meanwhile, Ward goes in search of a Hydra vault.

A new attack from Ward leaves the team reeling, and Coulson leaves Mac in charge in order to lead an off-books mission to settle the score. Meanwhile Hydra leads Fitz and Simmons into a trap in hopes of retrieving something from the planet on the other end of the ancient portal.

S.H.I.E.L.D. attempts to seize control of the ancient portal, while Ward leads a Hydra team to the alien world to retrieve the creature living on the other side -- where Fitz also makes contact with a potential ally.

Daisy and her team of Secret Warriors go to Colombia in search of a super-powered speedster who has stolen a shipment of military weapons. Coulson takes extreme measures in an attempt to locate Gideon Malick, and the entity from Maveth seeks to regain its strength for what's to come.

Coulson and General Talbot head to an international symposium on Inhumans, where the team works to determine if any other countries have ties to Malick and Hydra. Back home, Fitz and Simmons discover a potential "cure" for Terrigenesis.

After infiltrating Russia to gain intel on Malick's relationship with the foreign government, Bobbi and Hunter quickly find themselves captured and entangled in an Inhuman assassination plot.

S.H.I.E.L.D. tracks a radical anti-alien group calling themselves the Watchdogs, who are being led by one of their own former agents. Mack's visit home with his brother doesn't go as planned, and Luke must prove himself to Coulson to earn a spot on the team.

After contact with a homeless man gives Daisy a glimpse of the future, S.H.I.E.L.D. works to try and change a dark future that may be inevitable. Malick takes a powerful technology into his own hands, and Andrew returns to May for one final goodbye.

As the Maveth entity prepares to reveal himself to the true believers, Malick returns home and is confronted by his past. Lincoln leads Daisy to find a former member of the Afterlife community, who he believes might have critical information about their enemy.

After the Secret Warriors unite to rescue their friends from Hydra, they are slowly pulled apart by the discovery that Hive may have turned one of them into a sleeper spy.

Having lost one of their own to Hive's control, the team races to stop the enemy from adding more Inhumans to their ranks. Agents Fitz and Simmons go undercover to make contact with a transhumanist who could help them counteract Hive's control.

Hive's attempts to create new Inhumans forces him to summon an ancient enemy, while Mack fights to prove that Daisy is not completely lost to the team.

In the wake of the Sokovia Accords Coulson tries to convince General Talbot to keep S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Inhumans off the books -- while Daisy surreptitiously communications with an increasingly frustrated Lincoln. Meanwhile, Hive uses Daisy's blood in a freakish experiment to create an Inhuman army.

S.H.I.E.L.D. races to stop Hive from launching a nuclear missile, subjecting their enemy to the memories of everyone he has ever possessed. In a secure cell, Daisy struggles to come to terms with what has been done to her.

The team fights against the creatures that have infiltrated the base, while Daisy takes on Hive directly. But after Hive hijacks the Zephyr, a handful of stowaways may be the only thing that can stop him from transforming the world's population into monsters.
