It’s finale time for The 100, one of our favorite sci-fi shows on the broadcast networks. The clash with the Mountain Men comes to a head as Bellamy tries to help his friends escape captivity, while Jaha continues the journey to the City of Light.
Also this week: Lady Sif returns from Asgard to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and on 12 Monkeys Cole ends up in 2017 at the height of the plague. And on The Walking Dead, Rick and his group try to make their new home more secure from outside threats.

“Who You Really Are.” Coulson and team come to the aid of a confused Lady Sif, who has lost her memory after fighting with a mysterious warrior, whose true mission will send shockwaves through S.H.I.E.L.D. Meanwhile, Bobbi and Mac continue to hide their true mission from everyone close to them.
THE FLASH returns Tuesday, March 17.

“Blood Must Have Blood, Part 2.” The journey to the City of Light continues, and Jaha makes a move that shocks Murphy. Clarke receives help from an unexpected source, a visitor surprises Octavia, and Lincoln gets his revenge. Meanwhile, at Mount Weather, Cage moves forward with his mission and Bellamy and the group struggle to break free.
ARROW returns Wednesday, March 18.
“Tomorrow.” Cole finds himself in 2017 at the height of the plague. Out of options, Jones faces an impossible choice to replace the Core.
“Ectogenesis.” Alan, Kyle and Winger search the woods for the tree with red sap that might be a cure for the pathogen.
GRIMM returns Friday, March 20.
“Enter the Dragon.” In order to infiltrate the Queens of Darkness as a spy for the heroes, Regina must prove she’s still willing to get her hands dirty. Meanwhile, Emma, David and Mary Margaret scramble to keep tabs on their undercover operative. In a Fairy Tale Land flashback, Regina befriends Maleficent and helps her to rekindle her lost spark.
“Spend.” Rick and his group face a number of challenges while trying to secure their new home.
