Sci-Fi This Week: Star-Crossed Premieres Monday On The CW

Broadcast network television is in a dead zone this week due to the Winter Olympics. While NBC shows the games, most of what’s airing on ABC, CBS, FOX, and The CW are reruns. But cable TV keeps plugging away with new installments of science fiction and fantasy.

The big exception to that rule is on The CW, which is kicking off mid-season newcomer Star-Crossed tonight (8/7c)! Give it a try and see if teenage angst works any better with aliens. Believe it or not that’s not the last new premiere of the 2013-2014 season: ABC’s Resurrection and The CW’s The 100 won’t bow until March.
