“Star Trek: New Voyages,” the fan-made television series which continues where the Original Series left off, has just announced that they will be co-producing a feature length mini-series for the show. The series is said to include several actors who have previously been involved with the Star Trek franchise, including multiple headliners.
Tim Russ, who played Lt. Tuvok on “Voyager,” will be both directing and starring in the series which is set during the days of the Enterprise-B as seen in “Star Trek Generations.” Nichelle Nichols (Uhura), Alan Ruck (John Harriman) and Walter Koenig (Pavel Chekov) will also be appearing in the episodes.
